Reading

It is important to read regularly every day.  Encourage your child to read any text around you, books, magazines recipes etc..

Please take a look at the Oxford University Press website, where you will find Read Write Inc books that are appropriate to your child's reading ability. If you are unsure of which level to they are reading at, please send a message on Class Dojo. I will put the log in details on Class Dojo again for you to use.

I am really pleased with how well your handwriting is improving. Please make sure that you are sitting correctly at the table before you begin. Remember to hold your pencil correctly and don't press too hard on the paper.  Make sure that your writing is all the same size, except your tall letters and the tails of the letters go below the line.

Please start your practice by writing the "long date" at the top of your work.
PSHE

This half term we will be visiting the Oak National Academy for their unit on "It's OK not to be OK".  Today the lesson is -

In today’s lesson we will be exploring anger and how to deal with it. Bobby is annoyed and frustrated with some of his friends and needs your help to deal with this problem. Help him by designing a cool down corner where he can go to relax, be calm and find inner peace.
